ou have heard the expression - Necessity is the Mother of Invention? Well, that is exactly how pattiCakes Bakery became a reality. Our restaurant next door, Stoby's Restaurant (Russellville, Arkansas), badly needed additional kitchen space. Our desserts had become so popular and we literally were out of space. With no room to add on, we were blessed when a space across our parking lot became available.

attiCakes Bakery opened their doors October 17, 2006. Having been a life-long scratch baker, I was so glad to finally have a space to fulfill my baking passion. The kind people of Russellville have voted us Best Bakery for the years 2007, 2008 & 2009.

e are primarily a scratch bakery dedicated to serving desserts reminiscent of a visit to Grandma's. As soon as you open our door, the scent of freshly-baked desserts will make your nose happy and your heart feel at home. If we don't offer your favorite dessert, please let us know. We try to honor all requests.
